Peggy & Dan Rupple

Fellowship hosts

Windrider Summit Co-Founder Peggy Rupple and Mastermedia International CEO/President Dan Rupple will serve as hosts and provide pastoral care for the 2025 Windrider Fellowship, playing a pivotal role in guiding the program's vision and direction. Their leadership will provide invaluable support to the fellows and scholars, offering insights and expertise to foster growth, collaboration and success throughout the experience.

Peggy Rupple’s early involvement in television and digital media production has fueled her passion to invest in the next generation of filmmakers. She pioneered a world-class film internship program resulting in student hires at every major studio in Hollywood. As a 9-year adjunct and co-director of the largest national media conference held at CBS Studios for Biola University’s School of Cinema and Media Arts, to her role as Associate Director of the Windrider Summit at the Sundance Film Festival, Peggy creates and produces learning opportunities that shape craft and character in the lives of media makers. To that goal, she recently spoke at 10 university film programs across the country. Peggy is actively involved in Women’s Ministry leadership and is a frequent national speaker. For over 25 years, she has served the mainstream entertainment community in partnership with husband Dan, CEO of Mastermedia International. Married for 40+ years, Dan and Peggy’s love has grown to include three children, their spouses, and seven grandchildren.

Dan Rupple is CEO and President of Mastermedia with over 4 decades of media experience as a respected producer, writer and speaker. In his ten years as a supervisor at CBS Television, he oversaw some of the most iconic shows in American television history, including The Price Is Right, The Late Show with David Letterman and The Prime Time Emmy Awards. Dan served as head of programming and development for five internet TV companies and has been featured on NBC Nightly News, CNN, FOX News, The Washington Post, and more. Dan began his career as a founding member of the pioneering Christian comedy team Isaac Air Freight. He is an honored graduate of Biola University and, as an ordained minister, has served in various capacities in Christian pastoral ministry for over 40 years. Dan has been married to the love of his life Peggy, for over 40 years, and together they celebrate three married children and seven wonderful grandkids.
