will be guests getting where they need to go with ease throughout the week.
Scheduling
Full or Part-time positions available — January 26-31, 2025
Mornings (7am-11am)
Afternoons (11am-3pm)
Evenings (3pm-7pm)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation and communicating with team members
Take participants to their necessary location
Qualification Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Must have held state driver’s license for at least 4 years
Must have a clean motor vehicle report
Physical Demands & abilities
Be able to read carefully, be detailed and follow instructions
Ability to multi-task, if needed
Event Volunteer
DETAILS
Success in this position…
is helping the event go smoothly and ensuring attendees are satisfied.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Event Setup and Breakdown
Assist with set-up of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, signage, and decorations
Help with teardown and cleanup after the event, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored
Guest Assistance
Greet and welcome Summit attendees, providing directions and information as needed.
Check-in guests and distribute event materials
Communication and Feedback
Relay information to the event coordinator or other volunteers
Gather feedback from attendees to help improve future events
